The Partnership is charged with delivering the physical, economic and social regeneration of Helensburgh Town Centre and Waterfront. This will be carried out in collaboration with the wider community. The Partnership is convinced that Helensburgh has tremendous potential. There are clear challenges but the fundamentals are positive.
Argyll & Bute Council and Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire are the two main financial sponsors of the Helensburgh Partnership. They have each allocated £100,000 a year for three years giving the Partnership a total expenditure budget of £600,000 over the period.
The Partnership Board has an independent Chairman, as well as a member frepresenting the sponsors. In addition, there is representation from other community and business groups including the Community Council, the Chamber of Commerce and the Retailers Association. Lastly, the Partnership’s Chief Executive Officer also sits on the Board. The individual Board Members are: |

Through its Board Members the Partnership has considerable local knowledge and contacts. Through its Chief Executive, the Partnership benefits from considerable expertise and knowledge of the wider market for property development and regeneration. This combined experience offers the opportunity to introduce considerable private sector investment to Helensburgh. |
