New Council Headquarters

Argyll & Bute Council has decided to dispose of its Blairvadach premises and is considering the consolidation of its various offices in Helensburgh into a new purpose-built area headquarters building.  This will provide a new civic presence as well as office accommodation.  It will also free up a number of existing buildings in the town centre which could in turn provide opportunities for conversion/redevelopment for office and residential uses.
