The Way Forward

The Partnership remains convinced that Helensburgh has tremendous potential.  It is clearly not without its challenges but the fundamentals are there.

There is a lot of work to be done by the Partnership.  This work includes not only identifying the projects and implementing them but ensuring that the community is kept fully involved and engaged in the process.  A major element of this will be to turn around the many negative perceptions that prevail within the town.

The regeneration process will take time.  Property development is a long-term business.

We, at the Partnership, remain both confident and optimistic about the future prospects for Helensburgh.
